Good idea, I did put a post up on there a while ago, but a bump wouldn't go amiss now we have more detail.

If anyone knows Will Needham, the owner of the strava group, would they ask him nicely to add it?

It took me 5hrs moving time roughly, 6 in total. We can anticipate that the herding of cats will extend this when there are a few of us out.

I'm doing some high quality hoping that the weather forecast will develop less rain as we get nearer the the day.

I'm pleased to say, the weather outlook is much better now so we should have a good ride. I'll bring some walkie-talkies for front/back markers, basic tools, spare wheels, track-pump and anything else I can think of. There will be a coffee and cake stop but it will be a good idea to carry some water/electrolyte and some bars or whatever you fuel with.

The ride got a little truncated, I had a spoke snap on the descent of Titsey, we rode a few minutes back to the car park to get a spare wheel, but I couldn't get the cassette off. It rained a little at that point and we decided to head to the pub and concentrate on the social aspect of the event!

Big thanks to SixpotBelly and richardxjr for a fun day out!

Hopefully we can pick another day soon which will have less of a sense of doom around the weather, though I'll leave proposing that to someone else, the route is ready to go.
