It was a great ride, the decent weather certainly helped.

Got to the finish just before 2pm in time for a couple of beers and fish and chips in the sun with plenty of time for the first coach back to Kempton Park.

Great going, what time did you set off?

Our group of 4 suffered 6 punctures which hindered us.

I've posted some pics in the 'pictures from today's ride' thread.

sounds like a great day.Was always put of by the logistics of getting to london and being stranded in brighton after but the Kempton start and return by coach solves that.
Maybe next year.

We got to start before 7am so went off in the first batch, we pushed on past quite a few riders so were pretty much at front of bunch thus avoiding any bottlenecks.

Didn't stop until 56 miles in, for a quick sandwich, then carried on!

No mechanical issues or punctures (running tubeless helps I'm sure) for either of us so all was good!
