Hi all

Really keen to find out a bit more about these bikes, does anyone have an experience of owning one?

What tyre size do you think you can realistically go up to?

I've got one of the original ALU SLs, ran it with 23mm tyres and SKS Raceblades at a push so it'll not take a tyre over 25mm.

Thanks that's really helpful,would you say it's strictly road or will I get away with the odd canal towpath?

Road, unless you've got nice inner city tow path that's not grass over earth.
