London bike show, worth going to?

As per title really, I'm thinking of going and wondered if anyone has been before and would recommend it? Looks ok from the website but doesn't seem like many big bike brands exhibit.

Not as good as the NEC cycling show when I went last year, could go round it in about 1 1/2 hours, although the speakers look good this year.

Nice selection of bikes from Cervelo, Rose, Orange, Kross, etc. Specialized, Trek etc aren’t here. A few of the component manufacturers are like hope and Superstar, but nothing to spend on unless you want a complete bike or wheels.

If you want an electric bike, wetsuit or high end road bike it might be worth going

I was looking for a Garmin, maybe some clothing, nothing of note there really i thought

From your feedback it sounds like my initial thoughts were correct and it's not worth the effort. I think I will be giving this a miss.

Couldn't agree more. I wanted to look at bike computers and hopefully pick up a bargain. Couldn't do either!

I went on Saturday

Apart from some very flash and expensive bikes it wasn't great.

I think I spent about 90 mins there and was happy enough. Tried on the new Fizik R1bs and bought some new prescription cycling glasses.
Mainly wanted to have a look round the Factor bikes as they are beautiful.
