Hi all,

I've had a turbo for a while, never really used it but when I have it's never really fitted properly with my bike.

This means that the rear tyre sits slightly forward of the roller and has actually started to rub through the plastic of the roller mount (see below).

I've tried adjusting the roller unit and I just can't get the tyre to not rub. Is there something obvious I'm doing wrong, or am I just in the unfortunate position that my bike doesn't fit?

The turbo is Elite Supercrono Powermag and I'm riding a Planet X RT-90.

Thanks in advance for the advice!

The only thing I can see, well I can't see it is a front wheel riser. Or whatever they are called. This would lift the front and maybe let the rear clear the frame where it is rubbing.

I've only used a direct mount TT so can't help more.

There's a link to google for what I can't see in the photo.

In the nicest possible way; is the trainer assembled correctly?

The photos of it on Google show the flywheel unit on the non-drive side, whereas yours seems to be on the drive side.

Edit to add: Like this

The resistance unit is back to front. The flywheel ahould be on the side without the gear mech.
