Yes, you can ride the routes but boy are they making it hard to find out how. The swift sites have reams of info on the pro races (I just don’t get how anyone can get excited watching someone else on a turbo) but sites like DC Rainmaker show when we will be able to try the New France courses ourselves. Even on this write-up linked below, you need to scroll a long way down to see when/how you can access the routes

I rode the France world at the weekend (the flat routes, not Ventoux) and it's lovely. Like Yorkshire but less rolling.

It's pretty easy to access if you have a Windows machine. Look for Corinne's hack on Youtube.
