Snap. I have a grey one.
Fantastic trail bike.
If you've got some spare cash, a storia coil transforms it.
Got a Formula coil on my Dreadnought, so trying to keep this a bit more trail bike focused. Can almost overlap the Druid/Dready Fantastic trail bike.

They are incredibly capable for a 140mm bike (mine is mullet with a Ziggy link) - what sold me was the number of folks using them at Inners and Golfie and how bloody fast they were on them.
I had no intention of getting one, but got home and found a SH frame on pink bike.
What's the deadnought like? You pleased with it?
Yours is definitely a nicer colour.

I've seen one of those before but never had the opportunity to ask an actual owner, what's the benefit of the rearranged seat/chain stay and subsequent 'third ring'?Practically they do ride different to normal designs, more active and smoother (imho of course) on square edge hits. The bike rides like one with more travel

Dready is great, much “bigger” bike but for Alps/park it’s great. Would say I ride the Druid/Dready ratio at 10:1 but the Dready is also a good pedal.
I normally swap around frames a lot and have had these two for a while now, great two bike quiver
Currently my only working bike until my gravel bike arrives next week.
Brick Lane aluminium low-pro frame
48t Paul Components royal flush cranks 165mm
Rear wheel is Halo Fix-G hub 17t sprocket 48 spoke velocity b43
Front wheel is halo aero track
Front brake is irrelevant as only on there so I don’t get pulled over but the lever matches the cranks and I like a bit of bling
Burgtec cloud 2 saddle
Rest is just parts I had laying around
Great bike but I’m not as fit as I used to be and climbing the hills now I need gears hence why I’m waiting for a gravel bike

I had a test ride on a Dreadnaught, sadly they only had an L available as a demo which I think didn't give the best impression - obviously these are long bikes, but I felt cramped which I think was a combination of a steeper seat angle and a 23mm shorter top tube.
In terms of the high pivot, I don't think I'm a good enough rider to tell - it felt like the fully floating setup on my 295, albeit with a bit more travel.
If I'd been at higher speeds over chunkier terrain then that might have helped point out the differences I suspect.
The shop I got the demo from spent a decent amount of time dialling the suspension in (Fox 38 on the front), but I was somewhat unimpressed with it, no small bump sensitivity, decent mid-stroke support, huge ramp that meant I didn't get the final part of the travel.
My conclusion was that I'd spend less money on the frame, more money on the suspension, and go for a more conventional layout with a bit more travel.

Another one of mine. This thing has resided in the loft since 2017 ! I got myself into decent enough shape to not disgrace myself in a TT leading into 2019 then snapped my leg in half ! Then covid in 2020 resulting in a quite neglected Scott Plasma. There’s currently a debate in my head at the moment that goes “sell it or race it….sell it or race it”. Motivation is reasonable but not high, might have a crack at a Club 10….or stick it on ebay!!

Current little project that started as a cheap hardtail build as Planet-X reduced the frames to just £300 however that's gone out the window a little as orders for shiny new parts keep getting made. Forks should get toned down a little once the all black graphics from Slik arrive.
I’ve raved about mine on here a few times. It really is a great bike. Whether through luck or judgement the Sick bicycles crew designed an excellent frame. Thankfully On One pricing means they’re not too bad value. TT1138 said:

Yeah I really didn't need it as I already have a Marino 29'er that's similar geo but couldn't help myself for just £300. Think this should climb a bit better and be a bit more comfortable on longer rides with it having a steeper seat tube, that's how i'm justifying buying it anyway.....TT1138 said:

Oh dear, they do look good - I like the Sea Foam green: https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/FROOHD/on-one-hello-...Wonder if the Medium frame will be too big for me at 170cm with short inside legs? Might be massive on the reach front!

I reckon that'll be fine, you're bang in the middle of the height range for a medium and you've got to factor in the steeper seat tube angle too which brings your seated position on the bike forward. That was my concern when I ordered an XL being 6ft2 as the reach looked mental but once I got my head around the geo it made sense. Wonder if the Medium frame will be too big for me at 170cm with short inside legs? Might be massive on the reach front!

You’ll be fine. I’m 5’9 and L is absolutely perfect for me. The reach is very long, but the standover height and steep seat tube angle make it very easy to get comfortable on. Wonder if the Medium frame will be too big for me at 170cm with short inside legs? Might be massive on the reach front!
