Been on the blower to my local Trek store today, they can do an Emonda SL6 pro with carbon aero handle bar upgrade for £2700.
What's the attraction of carbon bars?wouldn't consider them to be an upgrade tbhTim O said:

Agree not a massive upgrade but the standard ones do weigh quite a bit more, probably the difference of a decent clear out.
My daughter’s race team stopped using carbon bars as they broke too many. Went back to alum.sam.rog said:

Is that a 2020 or 21 year emonda? The ‘21 Pro model looks good value and I think the next model up with di2 is also very good value compared with other di2 entry bikes.

Is that a 2020 or 21 year emonda?I’ve had several Trek’s over the years with the most recent being a 4 year old Remedy 9. Had an issue with the reverb seat post so dropped it into a mates bike shop to get it sorted. He then sent me tempting photos...
So picked up this rather nice 2020 Transition Scout GX, fully invisiframed. It was two rides old after the previous owner decided to try MTB in lockdown but got bored. Very happy indeed.

Is that a 2020 or 21 year emonda?- I grew up in Guernsey, if it's the shop I think it is then they were often more expensive than UK RRP despite the VAT thing!
