I assume they will decide at the same time as the Tour - it can't be long before a call is made on that

Can't see how the tour can be done without fans. Expect both will be called off in due course.

Ha ha, I agree, it was tongue in cheek. I can't believe the organisers are even considering holding the Tour 'behind closed doors' or why they've not cancelled yet. It was strange enough leaving the Olympics decision so late in the day.
