No more bunch sprints till stage 10 I think.

Chance of breakaway tomorrow, GC players might want ‘rest day’ before bigger climbs to come, but you never know some might want to start the fight back.

So happy for CAV, fairytale storyline into Chateauroux. Whether or not he equals or betters the record it is job done in terms of status and expectations. He feeds of this positivity and confidence so I’d certainly say there’s a very good chance of more wins to come. Paris would be icing on the cake wearing Green.

Bad day for scoring, but surprising stage.

The rider costs and budget pushes you towards 4 top expensive riders and 4 cheaper riders.

So Kasper Asgreen is my secret star, only cost 9 points despite beating Van De Poel at the Tour of Flanders, 3rd on GC and right up there on a lot of stages.

Like Van De Poel and Van Aert though he's a bit big for the mountains.

I’m sure I’ll be proved wrong… but I think MVdP is heading into the mountains on empty tanks. Looks like he has turned himself inside out over last few days. Last day in yellow yesterday I think.

I think today will be a blast from the past, either Nibbles, Valverde or Uran, it’s probably the only stage they can realistically win this year

Maybe Woods will have a dig as his GC hopes are gone?

Today ended up being an education from POG!!

He’s in a different league at the moment.

Messed up my team today, forgot to update and would have been POG getting the bonus points. Oh well.

No idea who to move around.

It’s a complete mess isn’t it!! The majority of big ticket riders are either out or so far behind its not worth the transfer...

Yeah, anyone else seems a mystery in terms of form. I can’t even see any of those who we thought would be GC like Thomas or Roglic being strong enough to go for a stage.

Everyone else is pot luck, one day they get a break or have one strong day but are then potentially done.

I can’t see Van Aert hanging on, so then into POG have multiple minutes lead over everyone.

Difficult one to call for the rest of the places or daily strong riders.

Trying not to panic swap, only just coming to end of week one!

Seems to have flat lined a bit, the leaders all have the Pog, Cav, WvA combination so the rest of us need some inspiration from somewhere to claw back points….

Stupid error not having the 8 slots filled out whilst doing changes. Annoying after a big scoring day.

Can I appeal to the PH Commissaire to allow my points to be counted at the end

Final team transfers as we head into the final few days, not sure they’ll make a huge difference, but Cav deserved a place so in he goes….

Yep, fighting back for a PH podium place after cocking up rules and points loss on stage 13. No more changes to make, hopefully strong finish to come. I really enjoy this little part of the Tour, I wish there was similar for the Giro and Vuelta. I found an Italian version for the Giro but it was impossible to navigate without speaking Italian.

POG…. Launching off to win today was impressive.

Hope CAV takes the record. Win, green and record in Paris would be movie script stuff.

One to go and it’s super tight at the top, the difference between first and second is less than two hundred points but just 51 points separate third and fourth….

Remember the bonus point multiplier is 5x tomorrow too, so who’s brave enough to go all in on sprinters or play it safe on GC?
