Wood woof! This might just be my next bike, when I've recovered from buying my 130i. How's it ride? What sort of stuff do you ride with it?
It's lovely to ride, stable and nimble and just eggs you onto be a hooligan. Ridden trail centres with it and the odd countryside bimble. Went for the frame only option as I already had a few bits to built it with, but the of peg bike is well specced. They've got a fleet of demo bike at Dalby.scherzkeks said:
A frame that fits you might be the better solution.
It does, I've changed the seatpost to a zero offset and the 10mm I was chasing is back. I set this bike up on Guru and is a perfect fit for me. Dropping the stem another 5mm will put me right in my ideal setup, I just haven't got round to it this week. I would recommend a proper Bike Fit to anyone as it sets your bike up perfectly. Helps that we run Guru in our shop so get to tweak setups that we've saved to trial all aspects, like crank length, seat types, stem rise etc without having to layout for useless components. Was just trying to help. A slammed stem on a (what appears to be) a largish frame and a zero offset post indicate that the size might be off. It would be quite rare that your femur is so short that you'd need a zero offset.insurance_jon said:
got a new winter bike after an impulse purchase at the evans cycles sheffield marquee event.
Ex-demo but mint condition - £1500. pics are nicked off the webs (identical 2015 model) as its having the cannondale recall done. but thought it was a bit of a bargain
That's a great bike, but the Ralphs will keep you alert in the winter. Although not as rolling and heavier, you could do a lot worse for getting some Michelin Muds from Chain Reaction for under £20 an end , which are tubeless and work really well in the gloop.Ex-demo but mint condition - £1500. pics are nicked off the webs (identical 2015 model) as its having the cannondale recall done. but thought it was a bit of a bargain

Waiting for new cranks and stupid shaped chainrings, along with a new straight seatpost and wants to lower the stem.
Beautifully put! The frame is a 54 square that pic makes it look like a gate haha.
Thanks for the advice guys, bike fit is a very personal thing and no two setups are going to be alike. I have pretty good core strength and prefer the position a bit more aero that a lower stem gives you. Ridden like this for years. Sorry for the bike gobbledegook I forget not everyone is a bike nerd!
A photo from the weekend I spied myself in shows it more to scale.
