new Pirelli 4 season tyres
How are they? What sort of conditions are you riding in?I've just put them on my bike too. Had the Vredestein Senso Extremo things from last year which I put back on when the weather turned. They're great in the cold mornings, Stick to the road like glue.
On the downside they're also like riding in glue

New bike, managed to get £1k off due to it being a 2017 bike, bloody bargain with Ultegra + 30mm Carbon Clinchers
Apologies for the saddle bag, I like to carry 2 x tubes when I can't rely on Uber to pick me up in case I puncture twice.

smart bike.
I had to scratch my head and turn it sideways, then google image search a bit to figure out what it was - I won't give the game away... Super value and looks great!
I finished off my new/old commuter bike build last night.
2009 Specialized Allez
- powdercoated frame
- rattle can forks
- new saddle, wheels, sram/shimano mix drivetrain

Orange bar tape surely??I sort of am going gulf, but in a subtle way. For me the orange bar tape is a step too far and I'm happy with the black. I keep a stock of white gear and brake outer as well as both in black too, I'm not going to start stocking orange I don't think.
Right now I'm managing fine with using the left pannier only. The right one is still "stickered up" from the 2015 Le Mans trip with electrical tape Martini stripes.
Should I tear them off and do something different to go with the bike's new look?

Just finished building up my track bike. For something comparatively simple, amazed how long it took to fully build and get tweaked properly (not helped by my woeful attempts at gluing tubs). Now looking forward to riding it over the winter at Newport as a nice alternative to the turbo trainer in the garage.

Very stealthy, I like it!Managed to squeeze a monster 29x3 DHR II in the front. Haven't had a proper ride yet, but it appeals to the big kid in me.
