Ok I am a bit stuck, in my bling quest I am looking for a decent stem to match up with my Chameleon...

I cant get the Thomson stem because its oversize bars, any recommendations on a good strength stem for a bit of a mix of riding - less XC and more bike park stuff....

Easton Havoc for a park bike, EA70 for an XC bike. I've been using the top level Easton gear for years and its been faultless. Bars, stems and seat posts.

I have a Hope stem. Very good, comes in all sizes and diameters, and loads of bling colours too smile

I like the hope one have to admit - the easton looks good too..

The one I have is a Titec RIP 3d which tho cheap gets good reviews..I am just being pedantic now since its my dream bike.

Plus I get confused with stem length and rise etc

Confused here... Thomson make stems for both oversize (31.8mm) and normal (25.4mm)

25.4 - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?Mod...
31.8 - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?Mod...

Can't fault Thomson stems. Used them on my downhill and XC bikes. Light and strong. Perfect combo.
