York 100 anyone ?

Is anyone else here doing the York 100 on the 15th August ?

It will be my first 100 miler (there's a 100km option too) and I somehow thought that it would be nice and flat...until I tried some of the route

I was going to but unfortunatley I've developed achilles tendonitis so I don't think it'll be recovered in time.
