ive had this car 25 years, its had 7 new engines, 5 new gearboxes, 2 new bodies, 3 new axles.....

How do you retain the licence plate number from the original car when practically nothing remains of the original car? I thought this type of build would get a new registration if it's built from new parts or a Q plate if built from multiple used parts?
And how can the registration be different on the video to the photo's?

AVX490K is a "private" plate.. Seeing as the car is A VX4/90 FD Victor.. wink

No, but the tyres can be changed to road legal treaded tyres.
It's no different to fitting track tyres on a road car.

No one has said that RV3 can perform to this level on road legal tyres.
