Ditto!!!

Incredible runs for those guys.

It would be interesting to look at the runs of the season, they would be up there with peters 5.7 I think! Incredible

It's not a competition to see which class is the most dangerous and requires the most bravery.

There is less moving up through the classes nowadays (also true in car classes), which may well be down to the skills and knowledge not necessarily being the same. I assume tuning/riding a nitro combination is not the same as a turbo street tyred bike.

I didn't say it was a competition to see which class is the most dangerous and requires the most bravery... I was amused by the phrase "step up".... most people would assume that to 'step up' would require bigger ballcocks!!
Why would moving to Top Fuel Bike be a "step up"???

The reason these guys won't move to Top Fuel bike is because the LOVE running Super Street Bike!!!
If you go along and speak to someone like Ven or Boisy you'll realise that their skills and knowledge are ENORMOUS... But why would they move to a different class when there is so much that can still be achieved in the class they are running in!!!!

I agree with you on them points.

I tend to interpret "step up" as in, go quicker/faster, so would be used when talking about moving into a quicker/faster class. It wouldnt necessarily be a pop at SSB.
