Chris

Just let the Race Control/Timing crew (Janet/Hazel) know on the day, and we'll do the rest to help you sharpen up your reflexes. After all practice boxes are okay but its not like facing the tree while facing your oponent in the other lane without breaking out!

i think practice boxes have been my downfall to be honest. bloody annoying when youve got the car running spot on and the driver keeps seeing RED.
cheers

Hi Muddytalker

Can you tell me what you have to do with Shakespeare are you the owner or do you work there. Can you assure me that the track will be getting fully prepped for the event above on the 30th Sept/1st Oct.
Because i got this email from someone at Shakespeare last week i live in Aberdeen and dont want to travel all the way down to Shakespeare to find that the track is not fully prepped.

Hi Keith

Thank you for your e-mail enquiry regarding track prep at the next Public Track Day Test & Tune - 30th Sept/1st Oct Due to a changes in promotions for these events, the ever rising
costs for track preparation materials (VHT Track Bite) and the nature of the event (RWYB), the track will not be receiving its full national event prep. Just the normal 50/50 will be applied. This will appliy for the remaining two events at Shakespere County Raceway.

Regards
Shakespeare County Raceway

Keith, I seem to remember you may have run at TOTB?? If that's the case, you really shouldn't have any issues at Shakey..

I just want to find out if the track is going to be fully prepped or not as I am being told 2 different stories here.
I want to know if the strip will be full glued because I will be driving about 600 miles each way to test there.
I have raced there before that was when I set the record for the fastest skyline in Europe with a 9.38 at 158mph that was when Lee Child was looking after things.

Here is a photo of my car
