This looks really good.is it to be a MSA spec car tagged etc or just RWYB

Do you intend to install a firewall between the fuel cell and driver?

I know the bag tank that I've got is good enough for MOT as for MSA I don't know.
I only built the car for the odd nice evening or weekend and for the odd event at pod.

A Bag tank is fine in its alloy enclosure but for MSA you would need a spill collector around the filler neck with a small drain tube to under the car.

The engineering on your car is far to good for rwyb meetings, you need to tag it and race at permit meetings

My opinion anyway

Hi Danny,
just wanted to add my WOW comment on the engineering, and on your commitment to perfection.
Maybe this "ordinary R5" should have its place in the next PH Car Show ?
I have very seldom seen a "street car" that was built like that,
with so many work done by the owner and lots of parts never intended for this model.
Did you see the italian racers with their R5 at the 2009 PTM Show/King of Europe at Santa Pod ?

Agreed. It's your choice, but I'd like to see you race it, too. Take it to a few RWYBs to see what it'll do. But if nothing else, you won't believe how much more traction you'll get at a proper race meeting, and the atmosphere tends to be better than at a RWYB, too.
