Need some recommendations for folks who could take on the restoration/modernisation of my 3rd gen (1986)Civic.

Bought last year with my younger brother, It’s a 72k one owner car, and has had the structural rust dealt with. We think it would make a cracking little pocket rocket once overhauled. We are looking to get the following work done to it:

Engine swap to a more modern VTEC unit (D or B series- K20/H22 would just be too much I think) but needs to retain an auto gearbox (long story).

Cut out the cosmetic rot/ rusted body panels, slightly more modern suspension, better brakes (maybe from an eg) and a full respray and interior overhaul.

It’s been sat on the driveway for a few months now and I’d love to be able to find someone who could take it on as it’s in quite a sorry state. If we need to split the mechanical bits from the cosmetics that isn’t an issue, and we are not in a massive rush to see it finished but definitely want to find the right place to take it on. I’m based in the frozen wastelands of the north, so bonus points for someone based within 2 hours or so of Leeds.

So far I’ve spoken to a couple of folks (TDI north, Honda Addicts) but am not any closer to finding someone who fits the bill.
Pics for reference and thanks in advance!

Have a good friend with one these cars with a D16Z6 in which he is in processing of supercharging. I would try Hond-R as they appear take on larger projects such as this, But would depend on how deep your pockets are I suppose.

BC Racing also make direct fit coilovers for them and he used twinpots off an old Integra/Accord, not quite sure but were a straight fit.
