What’s happened to the rear quarter decals? Arch work?

I’d only be majorly concerned about the corrosion around the jacking point- could be signs of inner sill nastiness.....especially given the evidence of further corrosion at the rear end

I am no expert in these cars.
Car was bought brand new 21 years ago.
Rear arches where done a few years ago

Anyone is welcome to come and view the car ...........
