If memory serves right it sounds like you are doing the correct thing. I can't remember if there's a separate fuse but worth checking. I'm not sure if there's a sensor at the brake pedal which is linked, but if there is then worth checking as if faulty the cruise control will think the brakes are on and not turn on.

If it's the actual switch on the wheel then I'm sure it's an airbag and steering wheel off job.

yes, Hopefully, is the fuse. How Can I understand which one is it? There are so many fuses would be impossible to understand which one is the right one

Thanks

Nothing on the handbook. I may have to try and find a repair and maintenance book.

Hopefully someone else had same issue on this forum. I may try to open a new Topic specific for this issue smile

It's probably shared. I'd check brake pedal switch, possibly the clutch pedal also to see if there's a switch there.

I'd just take it to a trusted indy, they'll know how to test it all.

Unless you know what you are doing, do you really want to be messing about with your pedals and switches? Here's the pedal assembly if it helps give you an idea of OEM costs and the layout: https://www.lingshondaparts.com/partscatalog/catal...

Here's diagrams for the rest of the car: https://www.lingshondaparts.com/partscatalog/catal...

Sorted, I checked the fuse, brake lights and a bit of air can into the pedals switch and the cruise control is back to the action

On the other hand since the last week, the drive side window keeps dropping to half when I try to close it.

In short words when I try to close it the glass goes to the top end and comes down again.

I have to play for 5-minute keeping trying till it's close and does not come half open again.

Any idea of this issue?

Could be something has got into the seal near the top and the window protection system is telling it to open again as the window encounters resistance.

The seller has just got back to me and said that they now really need to get rid of the CRV as they have their new vehicle. I think he is willing to take £2k or less now. I haven't seen it yet still as the mileage worried me, but at that price....
Should I go see it?

If it's not too far away then certainly worth having a look. A good inspection inside and out, check underneath for anything obvious and test every button etc. Check the shock absorber dust covers as if they split it can fail an MOT. Check things like the aircon, cruise control etc.

The drop in price would allow you some funds for any maintenance.

I would put £200 aside for the following which I'd do as a matter of course and is easy and quick to do yourself:

1. Oil change, oil filter and sump plug washer
2. Transmission fluid replace (genuine Honda fluid only)
3. Rear diff fluid replace (genuine Honda fluid only)

Goes without saying to make sure you remove the filler plugs first.
