Honda installed roof rack - Thule keyhole inaccessible

Hello.
My Honda came with a Thule roof rack installed. The dealership added plastic Honda covers over the four ends. I can’t access the keyhole to unlock them as a result. Does anyone know how to remove them? It looks like they possibly can be prised off but I don’t want to break them.
This is all so I can install a bike carrier.
