The one main facelift was in 2004 and the model has a slightly different interior but the exhaust ends, wheels and front bumper are the main noticeable bits. You may get some 53 plate facelift models but in the main it was 2004 onwards. I am assuming of course you meant the main facelift as opposed to when they put in a glass rear screen or the recent 2006 change which still IMO looks roughly the same!

I'm no expert but I reckon the wheels, the glass rear screen, the oval tail pipes, the "afterburner" sty;e rear lights, revised suspension. I think there are some changes in the interior too, but I'm not sure what.

Interior is mainly the centre arm rest changed style. From a rounded shape to square IIRC.

Original - Plastic rear screen, carpet centre console, all alloy gearknob.
Facelift1 - Glass rear screen, leather on gearknob, silver/chrome bits in interior(on door handles etc.), chrome round rear lights, tweeters high on door, leather centre console, eversoslightly different wheels (prefer the wheels on the original imo), some tweeks to the handling setup.
Facelift2 - Oval pipes, new lights front and rear, new rear and front bumpers, larger 17 inch wheels, new centre console, silver radio door, new digital dash layout. 07 models have slightly different wheels to the 04-06 models + vsa option for those that can't drive properly
