thanks for sound advice. im changing manifold on sunday ive told him. thinking of shelling out for a gruppe carbon air box and not sure weather to rip out the cat or not.

the poor car is only 20months old!
Be careful - Gruppe M and de-cat will make the car run too lean without Hondata or equivalent. You will get pre-detonation and likely engine damage if you don't sort the fuelling.
I have an aem v2 air pipe induction at the monent. will cat back still be too lean? how do i sort the fuelling? laptop i guess?
