Pete, as others have said, I'm easy when it comes to the route- the company, cars and scenery are what it's all about! As long as we don't finish up a long way away from the meeting point, so I can drive home at the end of the day!

Just a thought - is the closing of the Gotthard rail tunnel / lots more traffic on the road going to make the pass busy? Anyone done it recently?

Just wanted to drop a quick email. After my car was in for repairs (Supercharger failure) I am now back on track and picked my car up. Looking forward to Saturday! Hope the weather is good and will be nice to see the lot of you again (it's been two years for me!).

There will probably be more traffic (especially lorries) on the motorway and some car drivers may decide to take the pass instead of the tunnel.
Three days ago the government said that there hasn't been a particular increase in traffic.


That said, I don't think it's going to make that much of a difference.
That's going to be _us_ trying to park fifteen cars in the same place

As Roberto said really. I've been keeping an eye on it and things don't seem to be too bad at all. Hopefuly that will continue for the weekend.
