Wet Track days...love em or hate em?

I find the ring is what tightens in anything other than dry weather on track

I was in the black MNR Vortx (basically a bike-engined 7 clone if you've not heard of it). I'm still not sure if I actually enjoyed the day, I was on 595RSRs and the rears were bald so it was almost more frustrating than fun as I had comically little grip. Did you stick around to the bitter end? In the last half hour it just started to dry out a bit and in a couple of the infield corners the car went back to feeling amazing again which almost made the whole thing seem worth it!

EDIT: Just looked through my videos and I think I spotted you. You should remember my car as I spun right in front of you coming out of Deene!!

I wouldn't mind seeing that...I haven't had a spin since my very first trackday about 15 years ago I did smash my motorbike to bits at Cadwell but that's a different story Let me know if you put it on You Tube or somewhere. I did scan through my vids to see if you were in any others but I don't think so, at least not in the Westfield, maybe in the MX5 (was it silver?).

Had a look, the only appearance is very brief when it came by as I was slowing to come into the pits. This was in the same session in which I spun so it can't have been you driving it unless you did a very quick car swap I found your vid of my spin anyway, didn't realise you'd had one as well! I didn't catch it unfortunately as you'd got going again by the time I got there.
