I have been looking at pulling together a Ladies Only Track day. It would be for charity (Macmillian Cancer Relief).

I would need an idea of the take up before I can get a venue/prices/dates. I could make this either bring/drive your own or hire on the day (elise, evo, scooby type vehicles).

Would anyone be interested?

The other 'arf may well be interested (depending on where the event is). It's about time she gave Elsie a damn good thrashing!

My wife is desperate to do one of these, she was thinking of trying to organise one herself aswell.

If you need any help, then give me a shout.

Glenn.

If it's for charity and the DB limit is high enough I may be available to loan out for free my mint condition race spec Renault 5 GT Turbo. Happy to help out in what ever way I can and I'm sure the misses would love to come along as well.

Have a look at my profile and website if you need to get in touch.

Great idea to run a charity Ladies Only Track Day. I'd love to take part. I'll need to hire or borrow a suitable car for the day.

Let me know if you need any help re organising/promoting the event.

Thanks so much for all the offers of help.

I am trying to get a feel whether this will be worth doing/the take up so I can get prices etc. You know how it works, the more that take part the cheaper the price.

Hi Midget

Right, I'll have a ring round today then.

Joolz tells me you're a mate of Pete's - I'm guessing that might mean I'm within 'meet-for-a-beer' distance of you.

He says you're pretty handy on track too

I'll have to be careful with noise levels by the way.

Top Bombing!!!

I'm trying to get the Company I work for to stump up some beans to try to reduce costs (fingers crossed).

Thanks again for the help!
