Buyagift rally days - anyone else had problems?

I was thrilled to get a Buyagift Rally Driving experience voucher for my birthday last year, but thanks to their terms and conditions, it's becoming a total nightmare in terms of booking the thing.
The rally day is run at once a month at Oulton Park in groups of six on Saturday mornings, each for an hour (40 mins driving time), at 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30.
Problem is, the Brands Hatch Group do their own vouchers, and you can book any place, any time for whatever session you fancy.
The Buyagift vouchers run alongside the Brands Hatch vouchers, however, their terms and conditions stipulate that you have to book your day within 28 days of doing it, and the only one on offer to Buyagift customers is the 8:30AM one.
So of course, once it's within 28 days of the track day you want, and you ring up, all the places have gone and you have to wait till the next month, when the same thing will happen.
The voucher's got a ten month expiry time on it, however, it's quite possible that those ten months will have run out before I actually manage to book in time on a session with places on it
Anyone else done one of these rally days with Buyagift? Run into the same problems? Know any way around it? I'm going to try again on February 1st for the 26th, but other than that I'm really not going to be free until July, and then there's only three months left on the voucher, which means only three potential dates to miss out on again.
