Probably a bit late now but there are thunderstorms due this evening.
I think you're trolling? If you live in Luxembourg then you should know. There is a weather system coming down from the north at the moment, hence it's getting windy and a lot colder, and when that hits the warm air that we've had all weekend it'll be party time.
Trolling indeed.

I don't understand. You crashed your car?
You do know that Karl has written a doctoral thesis on Ring weather and that he is our resident Ring Weather Forecaster? As for the Golf - ask him about a certain Guards Red 944 Turbo. Go on, I dare you. Do you feel lucky? Don't
And, it's was mostly pink.

Weather looks perfect. If you're there Alex, have fun.
Otherwise hope to catch up with you and Joel later at DN17.

Disaster! The McLaren blew a water pipe (I think) which almost sent me spinning off the track at max speed. Luckily I got the car under control and no crash. Now at Raeder Motorsport Garage hoping for no damage to the engine and easy fix. ??
Not great news, but on the bright side - no Armco bill to pay and you only got the Bronze level of the Bongard Club Membership, which in itself is a major result. Fingers crossed the engine is fine and it's only a coolant hose.baronbennyt said:

Oops!I'd be very angry if that was me... lol. Sure it can be fixed, long as it didn't overheat I'm sure it'll be fine .
Should not a difficult fix on the Mclaren.
Chances are it's the coolant hose clamp getting loose, It's been a constant issue on the 12c's and to a lesser extent the 650. If it's a high mileage car that has seen track usage before I'm surprised it's come up though as it seems to happen more on lower mileage cars..

glad it's just a water pipe, I came flat out and slipped and washed the front end out on something ( thought it was oil or something ) then saw your car pouring with smoke so presumed it was your contents i hit lol. Gassing Station | Track Days | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
