Think you've got balls? Do a day with this lot, without scratching your car...

You'd have to be mental to attend this as a driver - The WORST trackday driving (footage) I've ever seen!

Sure it's a trackday and not a test day? Everything seems to be caged and mostly stickered..

The driving standards seem more low skill club racer than trackday

Yeah, no chance that's a regular track day.

Not my footage, just stumbled across it (and it says trackday in the title). Either way, that's some shocking driving standards!

If nothing else, there are some really badly setup cars there.

Or just really REALLY bad drivers!

The marshals in the UK seem to be quite draconian in comparison, most of those cars would have been black flagged over here for drifting.

Out of interest I had a look on google maps to see how long it would take to get from London to Zandvoort and it's less than 6 hours drive away.

No way is that a test day. Looks like the kind of crap they run at Knockhill with wannabes who think going over the edge is fun, rather than something to learn from. Some seriously dangerous driving there. Anyway, a few cars have passengers (that dick in the radical type thing for one), and a halfway decent test day doesn't allow that (although it might be different in the Netherlands).

And as for that absolute wotsit in the blue BMW at 05:10, jeez. I've instructed at a few track and test days - of I'd arrived at that you wouldn't have seen me for dust (as in going straight back home and thanking my lucky stars for not going anywhere near the tarmac)

I've taken my Caterham there, did a race weekend. It was July so it was 30 degrees and blue skies all weekend. Peeled off my racesuit and sat on the beach between sessions.

Also sneaked around the circuit in the diesel mondeo.

Video doesn't do it justice, it's a real positively cambered rollercoaster.

Naturally punctuated the journey home with a visit to Amsterdam.

That was six years ago now but I'm going again this summer cool

I'd expect the cars to be better prepared if it were a test day. This sort of moronic driving is not tolerated in any trackday or test day.

Isn't this something like Trackday Trophy? All the cars have numbers on.

Gives you a bit more insight into why Max Verstappen is so calm, collected and fearless.

I hear that upon entering F1, Max couldn't believe what a safe and courteous driver Pastor Maldonado was. biggrin

There're all farmers surely?

Mental.

One steward was waving a green flag as a car was going off the track. What's that about?

The marshal point is after car/accident.

The cars have too many wings and stickers and numbers to be a "normal" track day.

You'd think there was oil on the track!
