Pretty much unanimous – Palmer’s it is. Thanks for the tip on 10% December discount.

Cheers everyone.

Done a few "experience days" in some great cars......then I did a Palmers....quite frankly it is amazing. Genuinely, if you have the budget for a Palmers, you simply can't better it. It's a thread closer.

Done a few Palmers, abiding memories of the M4's were the words of the instructor ..'Don't brake, don't brake....NOW BRAKE!!! Right full power, full power come on faster, faster, FASTER!!...it goes like hell doesn't it'

they really want you to push your limits.

Saying that, these days my Grand would go on a UK track day (Cadwell), insurance, a set of new boots and pads and a few laps with an instructor but that sort of relies on you having a car you are willing to track..

With that budget it's Palmer's however you could actually buy him a ready to go track day car and with a bit of negotiating still have money left over to pay for a full track day with msv . Com or motor sport events.com.

Something like this VTS

There are no prices on the Palmersport website. Does anybody know how much we are talking for the full and half days? Thanks

You can see the prices if you go to the vouchers section: http://www.palmersport.com/gift-vouchers.aspx

Its about a grand for the full day for peak, about £900 if you go off peak (mid December to March).

Shows how good value it actually is - economies of scale etc... I wonder where it will take place if and when the site is converted to housing in a few years.
