Appreciated. I had a few oversteer moments when downshifting into third over avon rise (as you can hear us chuckling the last couple of laps).

So you mean stay more to the middle of the track before turning in for quarry? Ie flattening the arc over Avon rise?

That’s the best way, straighten out Avon Rise. I have been on a track day there today. (Managed a PB as it happens) here is a one lap clip showing how I take Avon Rise. Hope it helps.

That is a seriously fast lap! Is that a stock evo 10 or stickier tyres?

No it’s not stock, it’s modified and running on Rally tarmac tyres. She does go well.

That is quite a brisk lap.

As has been noted, the not terribly grippy green stuff between the track and the dent-making equipment is thin at Combe. Thus the punishment for seemingly innocuous incidents can be severe. I'm there in a week or so - half excited and half nervous about conditions. Seven tenths and learn the car ought to see me right though.
