I’ll be there.. I just done the online signing on process and watched the video. Should make the process smoother in the morning I reckon
how long does the video last?

Just had an email, Fridays track day is cancelled.

So pissed off, I was really looking forward to this.

Pfff, what a joke. Not the organisers fault though by the sounds of it. Everywhere else is running track days now, stupid decision. Oh well.

The MOD cancelled the event as it would contravene Government advice of no more than 6 people gathering together frown

It was something to do with the company that issues the license to run events on MOD property. That company revoked the license due to the “more than 6 people gathering”

I think the person that made that call needs to have a little think about what’s currently open in comparison and use common sense.

Hopefully they will give an extra date in the coming weeks.

I'm booked in for the 17th July. I've not had any emails to say it's been cancelled so I guess at this stage, no news is good news.

They are running again. Was at the event last week and all good :-). Same this week. Online registration / briefing / test works just great so as long as we distance and comply with the measures then we can carry on.

Brilliant day today at Abingdon, the weather was superb and my car (Liquid Yellow Caterham with the black stripes) went really well. By the last session I was pushing a lot harder than in the morning. There were very few incidents (commiserations to the Audi TT that blew its engine up!) and the standard of driving was good from where I was sat.

Chatted to some great people too, everyone seemed really happy to be back out on track!

I’ve booked the 25th of September, hoping it going to be dry but knowing my luck it will be lashing it down!

It’s my first time taking my own car on track so I’m a little nervous about it, I’ve done a day at the Porsche experience Center one to one and an experience day at thruxton.

I'll be there on the 25th... Hopefully it'll be cooler than last Friday. What car are you coming in? I'll be there in my grey Cayman... Assuming I can get my new shocks/springs on in time

So that was a great day! (3rd Sep)

Weather was changeable but quite enjoy that in the Clio

Had my first spin off into the grass - lift off oversteer encouraged by the new ARB I think, although was a bit of a blur!

Anybody got any photos or videos??
