Cheers, I got in touch with Axel and he has some good ones, but was wondering if anyone else had any videos? Have seen a few go up on Youtube but keeping my eyes peeled for more.

Maybe Ill try to dig my go pro out next time and film it myself

Had a fun time at Abingdon on Friday. Weather was perfect. Got held up a couple of times by a Westfield driver, there’s always one!!

No, there's a film set on the runway so there aren't any events for a while.

We've had a sprint cancelled and others moved to later in the year.

Will it eat up the tyres on my Cayman, more so than Donnington/Bedford/Brands etc?

I don't find it too bad on tyres in my Cayman. The surface in places is not super grippy and so it is certainly not a tyre killer (like somewhere like Anglesey).

Re Abingdon... Ive yet to manage to take the LH corner just by pit entry/exit as fast as I think I can - anyone in a 7 taken it flat ?

I always seem to take a mental lift for some reason.

I returned late ‘19 after many years and the layout was as I remembered it. They do occasionally change it apparently.

That's not the layout for the last time I was there but they do tend to move it around.

The last time I was at Abingdon had a hairpin at the end of the main straight on the main runway.

The layout above looks like an old layout which they may be moving back to this year ?

Is Abingdon worth bothering with? Or is it worth paying the extra £30-40 quid and going to Combe?

Combe is probably objectively better in terms of both surface and the fact that it’s not an airfield, however the Abingdon layout is normally interesting and there’s nothing to hit which allows you to explore the limits a bit more.
