Prova Motorsport is introducing a toe-in-the water style track day. For £20, you can do ten laps of the firm's twin circuit layout at Sculthorpe airfield in North Norfolk (see picture).

Prova describes it as a way for the virgin track day enthusiast to sample the thrills of track driving without having to commit to an entire day. Helmet hire is included in the price.

Has anyone from PH done a track day at Sculthorpe?

I haven't done one at an airfield before but I have heard that the surface at most airfield tracks eats up your tyres fairly quickley and leaves stone chips all over your front bumper.

Is this the case at Sculthorpe?
