hello all

im no racing driver so cant realy comment on the standard of driving but i did notice the lack of use of the rear view mirror on a lot of cars, even the marshals waving the blue flags at them seemed to be ignored, but i just put that down to people concentrating so hard on on the track infront of them.
i think track days can be very worrying for the first timer,i get nervous every time i do one.
but the weather was brilliant and there were lots of very nice cars out there.
i had a an awsome day.

all the best

Chris

My brother says: ENGINE BY HITEC,MAPPING BY ROD BELL. AS YET HAS HAD NO PROBLEM WITH HKS MANIFOLD AND WASTEGATE. HAVE HAD PROBLEMS IN PAST WITH HKS MANIFOLD ON EVO.

Chris

At the end of the day I couldn't get my gears properly. When Hole Shot turbod the car they sent the gears to the States which were straight cut because I have always had problems with the box so i hope it's nothing too serious, will have to take it back there. Also was out of revs down the straights the slicks lowering the gearing even further.

We are always at Oulton Park as soon as car is fixed will be back there so come and say hello.

Thanks Kevin, I am running a cast iron remote wastegate Apexi manifold on the RB25DET engine, with no problems, but am looking for a TO4 flange cast iron RB26DETT manifold with remote w/gate, with little success, for the new engine.

If you know of one I am a serious buyer!

Thanks for the info, I know Ian and Rod very well, will speak to Ian when I see him next. Thanks. Will say hello when i next see you, good luck with the box, if any machining is needed I have some superb contacts in the race game!
