Rockingham closed almost 3 years ago on November 24th, 2018. Always was a white elephant I'm not surprised to see that it is being used a car park(storage place) now.
I used to like Rockingham. Had quite a few races there in Caterhams, and still hold the lap record in one class, on one layout (yes, i know, it's a bit niche, but it's my little bit of history ).
It used to be great for taking people round on trackdays. Inviting friends there was always cool as it was such an event of a place. It had a great, expensive, quality feeling about the place. Quite different to (at the time) places like pembrey where the facilities were a bit lacking.
Such as shame, but c'est la vie

Forget you’re Ferraris, Lamborghini’s, Porsche’s, maccas. This right here is my dream car. More info pleas Mtomlin.
So long storey short , started out as bnr32gtr v spec 2 , blew up the engine twice ended up going with a nitrous ls6 v8 swap with rwd. Just finished it has taken two years and done around 5 or 6 track days now fixing small issues on the car. I'll get some more photos of it and there's a few videos of early tests in the car. Currently in Dubai but relocating back to UK early next year.

Unexpected.
Awesome.
Yeah wasn't my initial plan but had the engine lying around and the cost involved in RBs is crazy - tracking a twin turbo car in 35/40 degree heat isn't ideal either Awesome.
Power level is about the same (roughly 450/500 engine) , the car hasn't been cut so can easily be returned to rb26 at a later date.
I'm sure it will ps off the purist but hey ho
