Hello,

Has anyone done a track day at the above (airfield circuit). I am booked on one on Friday with Motorsport Events

Any comments good / bad ?

It drives better than it looks.

Beware of following other cars - on my one and only visit I came away with stone chipped windscreen, stone through an indicator lens and needed a bumper respray.

not bad circuit layout - i dont particularly like the driving thru cones bit -but appart from that ok -track varies between nice smooth resurfaced bits to rough concrete from the old airstrip-tends to rip your tyres up - also very strict on noise on motorsport events days - all cars are static checked at 3/4 revs @0.5m from end of pipe,if you have any doubt you might be too loud take additional muffler/quiet pipe with you just in case
these airfield days are ok -but not a patch on driving proper race circuits
