reat video, great memories. Everyone remembers their first lap.

O/T: So you were in the pit next to me at Silverstone - I was in the white 997 Gt3, with the guys with the the black 991.2 GT3 touring, Carrera GT3, and KTM XBow. I reckognised the red Lotus from the 'Ring. Did you have an Alfa Giulia at DN in 2019?
I did indeed. Bit wet that day eh! Lol

We were supposed to go this year and last.... but for obvious reasons we didn't make it. Did you manage to do DN this year?

Which means ecain63 has shared more trackdays with me than with Digga smile

I was in the XBow at SS, and a 996 GT3 at DN

You guys were next to us...

...and the Ring (parked next to Mr DN's 996 4s)

Just need a turbo in there and that'd be peak 996 as far as I'm concerned.

I did the antigen test two days before I came back (ordered in the UK and took with me)...I actually forgot to do my two day PCR it's still sitting there waiting for me...don't think I'll bother now, someone is making a healthy sum out of this racket that's for certain. Travelling over to France was v easy in comparison if fully vaxxed, returning to the UK is a ballache with the ongoing testing requirements.

I had the LF test done in the drive-through in Adenau next to the Rewe supermarket. Was 20Euro pp, received certificate within the hour that was accepted by customes.

Same as Eddie, I used Dante for the Day2 test on return.

It's a much simpler process now than it was in July.smile
Good to know, as we keep changing our schedules and might end up popping over on very short notice - i.e. a day's notice to drive from Liverpool to Cornwall, have a pee, drive straight to Chunnel/Ferry, and to the Ring!

Thankfully we can take turns driving!

Hopefully, the traffic light system will be scrapped. Only the 'red' list will remain, so travel to Germany and through Belgium, France or Netherlands will be seamless:

That's currently only about the quarantine part - no clarity on doing away with the returning testing though.
