Just got back, what a great day. Slightly apprehensive at the start watching all the others blast round but after a few laps we were loving it.

Actually starting to miss the place, feel a bit sad. Its like being homesick.

In the morning we did part of the circuit and in the afternoon we did the full gt circuit. They took us all round before each session for 2 laps. Those U-turn corners on the full circuit were well funny. Kept thinking i'd gone in too quick and was going to lose it but never did. A porsche, bmw and a mini span at the corner adjacent to the begining of the pitlane.

Having not been before I loved the way they had yellow cones telling you when to make the turn at each corner.

Was a great day out.

Yep 2nd that - what a great day ! I was in the black 996 C4 Porker - no spinning for me on the day... :-) 135 mph on the 1km straight puts a smile on your face I can tell you - great bunch of guys too.

I prefered the morning circuit to be honest and was just getting used to it when they changed half of it in the afternoon ... :-(

Weather held out - it was cold but the sun showed it's face a few times too..

Recommended - this was my 2nd track day (first at Brands) but I pushed much harder as the run off is either more track or flat grass ...
