Wasn't it white and black ?
I saw such a dead cat on the way to the circuit in the morning...

The cat was akin indeed to a newspaper... [Black and white and 'red' all over....]......

As the recipient of several slightly limply waved red's I agree - very confusing - what's the bloody black flag for then? Took away some of the concentration having to short shift and pootle past wherever he happened to be.

Thanks, I was trying to work out who the passenger was (sideways coming onto the pit straight)

Judging by the head height I think it must be Claire..... or Mungo

He started waving red flags at me in the morning, then progressed to 'hand gestures'

Re the noise nazi

He seems to be the manager - always been there each time I went to Folembray.
Already had some bad experience with him while being there with local friends. Not a car enthusiast at all.

Mungo, and I thought you had a look of Harry Enfield mixed with that bloke who stars with Robson Green in the lawyer programme!

Check out the position of Mr Tony's right hand! No wonder Mungo's got a certain look on his face........
My own right hand is of course correctly filled with a pint glass & my left is on my own leg.
Christ I look pi55ed in that shot. Woke up at 10am fully clothed on top of the bed - just the start needed for a 4 hour drive south.

Here are a few of my pics, I didn't take many having seen the professional ones.

I think thats either Mungo or Paulv in the passenger seat.

New rear tyres are now on order. Rmaurer in the passenger seat.

Demonstrating the effectiveness of my new brakes.

Again, thanks to everyone for making it such a good weekend. And for the courteous driving shown by everyone there, considering it was my first track day and the diversity of the cars there I didn't feel intimidated at all. I'll definately be on track again!

Cheers Gavin

Edited to say, Ok, I think I've fixed it now.
