What can I say? A quality day out. Thanks to all the people who made it such good fun and thanks to the weather for holding out as long as it did!

I have about 30 mins of dv footage that I shall try to get up as soon as it's edited. Anyone with some space to host this?

stevied: nice to meet you and well done on finally finding a helmet!

Adrian(silver clio): thanks for the ride and well done on putting much of the V8 machinery to shame!

Julian: Thanks for getting me hooked on all this TVR business. Now where am I supposed to get the £38,500 for my T350? It's all your fault!

Hope to see you all again at the next one!

I agree, excellent day out. I was in the Red Chimaera being overtaken most of the day. I would be happy to host your footage, but you don't have your email address in your profile.

It certainly was a fun day out - a very friendly bunch of people and lots of nice cars. Many thanks to TMS....I'm looking forward to the next one?

marctwo - I would love to get hold of the video... glad you enjoyed the ride in my Clio 172 It was the first trackday the car has been on, and I'm glad to say it behaved very well!
Please say thanks to Julian for the ride in the Griffith....it had bags of power....

BTW, Did anyone get a ride in the yellow Lotus Elise with the slick tyres? It was brutally fast! I couldn't stop smiling for 15 minutes afterwards

A top day indeed - a great opportunity to push the Beast to the limit (oh, and over the limit - apologies to all for losing it round the fast right-hander and causing a red flag - bloody flat battery!)
Would be interested to see the vid footage of the day if you can get it on the web.

When's the next one??

Yes, very good day out. Fast track.

I didn't get a ride in the elise but I made the mistake of following it into first right hander
after it had just gone pat me.

Thought I'd just follow his line and speed!

Ooo-err. Griffs don't handle like the Elise! I got
oversteer, understeer but not quite total revolution.

Just got the video transferred to CD. At the moment it's a 150MB mov so I am going to try to do some editing before I post it.

Thanks for the offers of hosting space, I'll get back to you when I am ready.

Have you managed to get the video up on a site yet?

....I'm keen to see it.
