great shot of the lotus on that banking!
not sure about the ones with people at the 'Ring with no helmet on, thats just a daft thing to do.
I didn't see anyone in the coach that I overtook wearing a helmet. Or indeed did we have to wear one in the 'ring taxi.

Aged 16 in a ferrari was only the 2nd car I had ever drove and still achieved over 120mph on a wet track experience of a lifetime for me smile

First car I drove was this never changed gear before but instructor was a cracking bloke. Was meant to learn in a cooper but got a cooper s for some reason and he liked to encourage me to put my foot down. I was probably not far off the pace of how i drove the ferrari as he let me rev it a lot more. I even overtook one of the slower 360's been driven round which did make me laugh.

Not many on-track pics of the Exige owing to the rebuild, but here's a couple:

And the pug, which stands in for the Exige when it's broken (so all the time then):

You sure that's Adenau Forst? Looks more like the middle of Hatzenbach to me. Second one maybe coming into the Wipperman?

Was organised by Retro Cars Magazine and done in conjunction with Retro Ford, or something like that. It's usually in late July and an open pit lane event, so good value at £140ish.
