Most of the decent jobs are word of mouth so networkings vital to get something good, have you tried the chauffeurs guild? Our chauffeurs started off there then got on with a few agency's and then got taken on full time by the boss after a few months.
Also worth trying UKME. They provide Close Protection, Resedential Security & Drivers. Mainly summer work when the season kicks off, but have taken a few on full time.
