I do not do direct access work (I work on referrals from law firms) but I can offer some basic advice free of charge (or in return for car banter, but bear in mind that I refuse to recognise any automotive transportation device designed after 1995 as a car*), and can recommend you some law firms depending on your location and your budget. * Another working definition is that if the machine has a distributor it is a car. If it doesn't, it is a computer with wheels on it.
