Transferring to US office

Without giving too much away, many fingers in many pies, including oil and gas services, but simplest to say engineering. Fair to say I wasn't just some gump, but equally not VP level, powerfully built but no goatee. Those were the rules posted on the HR intranet, so a graduate engineer with say 10 years experience would get looked after like that, but you had to be very good at what you did. On the other hand, they certainly got their pound of flesh.

Thanks for the feedback everyone however I have just accepted a job at another organisation so no US life for me.
