Glad its worked out for you

Shame you current employers are seemingly so disorganised

Still here, handing over to the outsourcers, they made me stay and extra month as they hadnt got anythign in place and joy of joys that means I have to pay take on my PILON, the guys that went last week didnt, oh well, didnt have it before.

Looks like will be done on the 27th, which is good as am starting my new one on the following Monday

Indeed, will start the new role and get that bedded in first, finish next Friday.

Think they are starting to reap what has been sown, realising folk with 5,10,15 or more years in aren’t quite as easily replaced as they think, some decent techs but they lack confidence and initiative, they don’t do the soft skills aspect, i.e. talking to customers and so many other aspects of what I did, it’s going to be tough, it may work out but I can’t see it.

Not even bitter now, just want out and looking forward to the new job
