alright everyone just a quick question a asume this is right section to post it in

am curently looiking at buying a vecile which is for my own persnol use i dont own a buissnus of any kind

the veciles am looiking at though tend to be +17.5% vat which yes i no we have to pay it lol

am lead to belive though that registerd companys can claim that back is there any way that i can get round paying the vat because i wouldnt have to on any other vecile i buy would i or am i just going to have to stomach it any pay the swine his 17.5% lol

any help much appreicated

Sorry, you will have to pay the VAT in full. What sort of vehicle is it?

No, not at all. You can either pay the VAT registered company the duty they are required to collect for the sale, or just walk away.
