Hello all,

I run my own inventory services business and am currently seeking a clerk to undertake work for the busiest days of the week - which are, generally speaking, Fridays and Saturdays.

Ideally, you will have some experience of compiling residential inventories, and conducting tenant check-in/check-out procedures. Perhaps you have previously worked as a property manager for a residential letting agent.

The role is self-employed, so you will be responsible for your own tax and NI contributions and invoice me on a monthly basis for the work completed.

You will need your own vehicle and I'm looking for someone smart, polite and punctual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to confidently deal with the general public and my clients alike.

The pay rates are on a "per job" basis, according to the size of property and whether it is furnished or unfurnished. On an average "fully booked" day, you could reasonably be expected to earn around £135.00.

You will also need an internet connection and email facility, a pc/laptop with printer, a digital camera and ideally a scanner also.
