You will have proven extensive experience in a project led engineering design environment, coupled with at least a 2:1 degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering, with a strong mechanical bias.
You can easily draw on your experience of conceptualising, developing and commercialising complex systems or scientific instruments for low-medium volume manufacture containing hardware, electronics and software.
You understand robotics, materials handling, mechanisms and ideally plastic moulded components.
In addition, you’re commercially astute, a good team player and an effective leader.

So, what exactly is it that you want?
When agencies advertise, they produce adverts like that because they wish to obfuscate the actual employer.
If you're advertising your own job, then you don't have to produce adverts that look like that. By producing less generic adverts, you can actually get the employees that you want, rather than the ones that imagine they might be suitable.
Just a thought.

Sorry Dillers, forgot the detail, it's the Company I work for in S Cambs.
Understanding customer requirements: You will work closely with potential customers and the company's business development team to define their needs for a particular system development.
Developing potential solutions: You will develop conceptual solutions to meet customer needs whilst working closely with key stakeholders.
Leading small multi-disciplinary teams: You will lead from the front, working within quality, time and cost targets.
Installing and commissioning: You will have the opportunity to follow through all the way from initial design to the final commission on site.

No takers?
Hi thereThis is not a criticism (I'm genuinely curious) but I've noticed you have advertised two jobs but no salary range. Is this because you are not able to under PH rules or something ?
Many thanks
